The enigma of the UAP phenomenon has been long discussed by government officials. In the recent congressional UAP hearing, it was found out that some UFOs are not man-made and pose a national security threat to the United States. Although the US government has recently acknowledged the seriousness of UFOs, astrophysicists like Dr. Eric Davis have been telling us for years that UFOs are “off-world vehicles not made on this earth.”
Dr. Eric Davis was a consultant for the Pentagon’s original UFO program. He is the Chief Science Officer of EarthTech Int’l, Inc. and the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin. Innovative propulsion physics for interstellar flight, interstellar flight science, directed energy weapons, advanced space nuclear power and propulsion, general relativity theory, quantum field theory, quantum gravity theories, experimental quantum optics, and SETI-xenoarchaeology are some of Dr. Davis’ research specialties.
Davis: UFOs are alien craft
Respecting Dr. Davis’ qualifications, he is one of few people whose statements should be taken extremely seriously when it comes to something like UFOs. At the 2013 MUFON Symposium in Las Vegas, the award-winning physicist said that some UFOs are “definitely the craft of a supremely advanced technology.”
In an interview with Huffington Post writer Lee Speigel, Dr. Davis discussed why scientists are hesitant to talk about their interest in UFOs. He said: “There are scientists who are aware of evidence and observational data that is not refutable. It is absolutely corroborated, using forensic techniques and methodology. But they won’t come out and publicize that because they fear it. Not the subject — they fear the backlash from their professional colleagues. The impact on their career might be detrimental and they’d get bad publicity.”
At the 29th annual SSE Conference in 2010 in Boulder, Colorado, the USA, Dr. Davis responded to the question of UFOs as they pertain to potential physics for traversable wormholes, warp drives, and anti-gravity. During a question and answer session, one questioner asked whether “…properties of UFOs had guided the thinking and research of that initiative.” Dr. Davis answered: “Secretly yes and overtly no.”
Giving a reason for the secrecy, he stated that “UFOs don’t have credibility with mainstream academic researchers,” and that “…policy makers and decision-makers in charge of funding and programatics… don’t want to hear the topic of UFOs. So, for the purpose of doing this officially, [we didn’t bring in UFOs], but we did consider it under the table.”
Discussing the matter of UFOs and warp drives, Dr. Davis stated: “We haven’t seen performances that adhere to the warp drive because… basically it’s just between stars and we don’t see UFOs warping anywhere. We see them doing ninety-degree turns and rapid motions. They disappear and reappear. That is undetermined yet.”
He commented on the matter of anti-gravity: “…We have anti-gravity in Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity… There are aspects of anti-gravity, the properties of negative vacuum energy, that would create a repulsive force that allows something to levitate up. And UFOs do exhibit that.”
In 2003, Dr. Davis co-authored a scientific paper entitled “Physics of High Strangeness: A 6-layer Model for Anomalous Phenomena” along with astronomer Dr. Jacques F. Vallée, where the duo attempted to explain that the continuing study of UATP may offer an existence theorem for new models of physical reality.
In the paper, the authors tried to clarify the issues surrounding “high strangeness” observations by distinguishing six layers of information that can be derived from UAP events, namely (1) physical manifestations, (2) anti-physical effects, (3) psychological factors, (4) physiological factors, (5) psychic effects and (6) cultural effects. They speculated that UAPs are analogous to these display technologies but utilize a wider range of variables to operate on the percipients and, through them, on human culture.

Davis Confirms Del Rio UFO Crash?
Dr. Eric Davis has become one of the most reliable sources of firsthand knowledge on The Phenomenon. He is a very reliable source on the subject because of his training and expertise. Dr. Davis was interviewed by George Knapp on Coast To Coast AM in June 2018. He acknowledged the famous UFO incident in Del Rio, Texas, around 1955 was a successful crash retrieval, similar to Roswell, NM, during the interview. (Source)
This well-known incident involved an Air Force pilot who saw a crash and then saw the bodies of some creatures. It happened closer to Langtry, Texas, on the Mexican side of the border. Authorities from Mexico and the United States are said to have handled the accident retrieval. This is a significant win for global UFO researchers as well as local Del Rio residents who have been researching the occurrence for years. It is hoped that the public would be motivated to reflect on these disclosures.
Knapp, during their discussion, said: “That makes it sound like there is something to analyze or reverse engineer.”
Dr. Davis said: “Yeah, they’ve got… I would say… you know… If you’re going to throw your bets on Roswell, your bet’s really good. Del Rio, Texas, that was a 1950s case, that was another one, and the other ones I won’t bring up because those are still classified.”
That was the extent of what he said about the Del Rio crash. He added: “But um… and they have not been investigated to my knowledge, I’m sorry, they have not been REVEALED or PUBLISHED to my knowledge. So without knowing that that’s the case I won’t talk about it any further, but we have crash retrievals and they’ve been analyzed and unfortunately our laboratory diagnostic technologies and our materials sciences and the understanding of physics that we had were not advanced enough to be able to make heads or tails of what it is, of what they had their hands on.”
Davis: Pentagon has off-world vehicles
According to the July 2020 NewYork Times article by Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal, Dr. Davis claimed that “he gave a classified briefing to a Defense Department agency as recently as March about retrievals from ‘off-world vehicles not made on this earth.’” Dr. Davis appears frequently in stories regarding strange Pentagon investigations. He was given $7.5 million by the Air Force in 2004 to research “psychic teleportation,” or the capacity to move between places by using only your mind.
According to the Times’s July 2020 article, “off-world vehicles” that the Pentagon has recovered may have been used by alien civilizations to travel to Earth. This is a really astounding allegation that requires equally extraordinary proof. However, the report did concede that “no crash artifacts have been publicly produced for independent verification,” and acknowledged that astrophysicists contend that “even lacking a plausible terrestrial explanation does not make an extraterrestrial one the most likely.”
Davis & Wilson UFO Leak
Dr. Eric Davis’ name is also associated with the controversial Admiral Wilson UFO document. For a number of years, it has been in the public domain which was previously used to be considered a hoax. But as the UFO disclosure pace fastened, the hoax is seemingly turning into an authentic document that author & researcher Richard Dolan called the “UFO leak of the century.” Moreover, the authenticity of Wilson’s UFO leak was also supported by Standford professor Gary Nolan. After they were discovered in the files of the now deceased Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, they were somehow leaked. These 15 pages of notes describe Admiral Wilson’s discovery of a deeply classified program to study extraterrestrial technology.
It happened.
The notes are accurate.
The end.

During this alleged conversation, Admiral Wilson tells Dr. Davis about a series of programs that he discovered hidden deep within the black project’s records of the Pentagon that were actively involved in attempts to reverse engineer a recovered craft that they believed could operate in the air, sea, space or perhaps even in other dimensions. The program manager concluded that the craft was not man-made.
The claims have been hotly debated among ufologists but never corroborated. The DIA director at the time, Vice Adm. Thomas Wilson has reportedly denied it all. Numerous national security experts and researchers have also dismissed it as a hoax. (Source)
But one of the other primary individuals cited in the document, astrophysicist Eric Davis has not directly addressed it in public, only fueling suspicions that there might be something to it. And Davis alluded to the possibility of some of the claims contained in the alleged memo as recently as last year in an interview in The New York Times.
