Forget life after death… These women and others claim they can remember living in a spiritual realm, where their souls were getting ready to enter a human body and be sent to Earth through a vortex.
Some people on social media, calling themselves ‘psychics,’ say they remember their soul traveling through a ‘pre-birth tunnel’ before entering their bodies. People who believe in these ‘pre-birth’ experiences think that we are spiritual souls first, before being sent to Earth to live a life according to a ‘contract.’
While talking to the dead is a common claim, those who believe in pre-birth consciousness say it helps them connect with people who aren’t born yet. They don’t always remember being alive before birth, but some believe their future children spoke to them in dreams before they even knew they were pregnant. Others say they’ve seen their future grandchildren in vivid dreams.
Some even claim that we ‘choose’ our life before coming to Earth, including our parents, culture, and gender.
Dr. Christine Dolahan “Rebirth Experience”
Dr. Christine Dolahan describes her “rebirth experience” as a vivid journey through a spiritual dimension. She begins by recalling walking through a space that was hard to define but felt both concrete and yet not.
This space was full of vibrant energy and color, especially bright pink and white hues, and it felt warm and beautiful, bringing her a sense of peace and comfort. In this space, she noticed what appeared to be buildings, which she believes were training facilities for souls.
These buildings were places where souls prepared for their lives on Earth, studying spiritual matters and making plans for their upcoming lifetimes.

As she continued walking, Dr. Dolahan felt as though she was on a path, though it was not a typical human path. It felt more ethereal and less concrete. She was accompanied by a spiritual mentor, a highly evolved being who she saw as male, though she understood that gender was not relevant in this realm.
He was there to help guide her through her spiritual journey, particularly around understanding and working through her life’s karma. They communicated telepathically, with Dr. Dolahan also receiving spiritual insights from a higher consciousness or God, sharing truths about the nature of existence.
As they neared the end of the journey, Dr. Dolahan began feeling anxious, sensing that it was almost time for her to leave this peaceful realm. She describes this feeling not as her “person” but as her essence—a ball of energy or a being of light.
She expressed reluctance about leaving the blissful space, as she had experienced Earth’s challenges before and didn’t want to return to that difficult life. She even bargained with her spiritual mentor, asking if this could be her last time. The mentor explained that while it was her decision, if she accomplished what she needed to on Earth, she might be able to skip some lifetimes or take a “shortcut.”
Eventually, they arrived at what Dr. Dolahan describes as a vortex-like area, resembling a “helicopter hub.” She was standing at the edge, watching other souls with their mentors, all preparing for their departure. Although she didn’t fully understand the concept of birth at the time, it was clear to her that the souls she saw were also about to be born into their earthly lives.
Dr. Christine Dolahan describes her experience as she was pushed into the vortex and fell through it in reverse, a sensation she likens to the two-way tunnel that many people see in near-death experiences. As she was sucked into darkness, she recognized it from past deaths and felt a sense of familiarity.
Suddenly, she was pulled into a dimension where she slammed into her physical body with great force. It was a painful, cold, and bright experience, leaving her exhausted. She immediately thought, “Here we go again,” as she felt overwhelmed by the roughness of landing back in a human form.

After this, she describes feeling almost unconscious, as if in a state of amnesia. She was so late in being born that the doctors were worried she might not survive, possibly leading to her spiritual “push” back into the body. Her mother recalls that Dr. Dolahan was two weeks overdue, and doctors were concerned she might be stillborn.
When Dr. Dolahan was born in Switzerland, she was placed in a nursery with other babies, all crying. However, she was in the middle, sleeping soundly, unbothered by the noise. When she shared this with her mother, she explained that she was just exhausted from being in the body again and needed rest.
A few days after birth, she had a memory of people looking over her bassinet, speaking to her in baby talk, which she found annoying. She could clearly hear them, even though she was a newborn, and thought they should speak to her normally, as she could understand them.
After this, her memories faded into a kind of amnesia, but she had occasional flashes of past lives. One memory stood out: in her previous life, she was a young girl with loving parents who grieved her death deeply.
She recalled floating out of her body as her parents mourned her loss. During this experience, her mother kept repeating her name, “Christine,” but Dr. Dolahan didn’t like it, preferring the name “Lisa” from her past life. She also felt more attached to the parents from her past life, as they seemed more loving. This memory was a glimpse into her spirit transitioning into her new life.
Though her family are ‘very against’ her beliefs, Dr Christine claims her memories have cured her depression.
She added: ‘Ever since I’ve accepted this experience as completely true and real, I don’t experience depression anymore. I live a very fulfilled and very joyful and very happy life. ‘Don’t get me wrong, my father passed away and I still grieve. Life is still going on but the darkness I was in has passed. ‘I’m just walking my path and doing what I need to do.’
Dr Christine even claims to know when she will die, because it’s when her ‘Earthly contract’ will come to an end and she’s set to return to the spiritual realm. She also says that any diseases in the world are either ‘planned’ or a ‘choice’ because they offer people the chance to enter a new spiritual realm. (Source)
She isn’t alone in believing that our spiritual selves plan our early existence.
Beth Parker, a psychic who believes she was a French teacher in a past life, says that everything in life is based on decisions we made before being born. This includes our gender, culture, and even our parents.
On her TikTok, she explained: “We can’t be born in the wrong place or culture because we choose everything before we’re born. When I say ‘we,’ I mean our soul, not our human self.
She said: ‘Sometimes we experience bad things because we’ve volunteered to help others in this incarnation. Sometimes it’s because we’ve brought some karma with us from a past life.’https://t.co/2g5SdqAEnj pic.twitter.com/xCEwUaAOQr

“Before we’re born, our soul works with a small group to plan our experiences. It decides our location, gender, culture, parents, and even our name. All these things that make our Earth experience unique are chosen in advance.
“If you think your parents are not someone you’d choose, it might be because you’re a brave soul who came to fix something.”
Beth also said if someone feels strongly connected to another culture, like Vietnam, it could be because they lived there in a past life.
Beth herself feels connected to European cultures and believes she was once a French teacher. In this life, her soul chose to be American, and she lives in Maryland with her husband, parents, and a resident ghost.

In the 1960s, psychiatrist Stanislav Graf suggested that some near-death experiences might be memories of life before birth, including traveling through a “birth tunnel.” In the late 1970s, science writer Carl Sagan and parapsychologist Barbara Honegger supported this idea.
In 2002, Elisabeth Hallett published a book called Stories Of The Unborn Soul: The Mystery And Delight Of Pre-Birth Communication. The book shared real stories from mothers who felt they connected with their children before they were born. It suggests that children reach out to their future parents and guide them to the birth.

The stories, mostly kept anonymous, include one woman named Kara, who shared her experience, saying she felt it was important to speak up. Another woman admitted she was hesitant to share her story because she feared people would think she was crazy.
One woman named Jill said that before she and her husband Rob were about to sleep together, she felt the presence of their future child in the room. She said, “I had the most beautiful, warm, and tingly feeling. I knew it was our child.” She stopped Rob and told him, “If we make love right now, we are going to have a baby.” Rob responded, “I know,” and they both felt a powerful, loving presence.
A British woman named Linda shared that at 18, she had a dream where a little girl told her, “You’re my momma!” This made her wonder why the child didn’t call her “mummy.” Later, Linda’s daughter Leah was born, with her American husband.
Christian Sundberg, who has gained over one million views on YouTube for sharing his pre-birth memories on the Next Level Soul Podcast with Alex Ferrari, said he remembers floating above Earth in a space that looked like a mechanic’s shop.
He said, “My body is 42 years old. I remember choosing this life and coming to Earth. It felt very natural, even though no one else talked about it. We’re not really from here.”
Christian and others believe that most people have forgotten their past lives and pre-birth experiences. Their goal is to share this to help people fulfill their purpose on Earth before returning to the spiritual world. Despite having many critics, the millions of views they’re getting show that the topic is sparking interest.
