Roswell UFO/alien incident has been one of the most discussed mysteries of the century. Apart from the UFO crash story, the alleged alien autopsy makes this riddle more complex. Irrespective of calling the video a hoax by many people, former CIA scientist Kit Green thought it was real as claimed in a leaked memo supposedly found in the late astronaut Edgar Mitchell’s archives. Moreover, there might be some connection between Green’s alien autopsy report and Standford Professor’s study on those people’s brains who are said to have encountered UAP and were injured.
In December 2021, Motherboard conducted a Q&A with Dr. Garry Nolan discussing his research on anomalous materials from UFO crashes and people who came into contact with the objects. In the interview, Dr. Nolan mentioned the Sun article on the bizarre leak memo (dated March 2001) that claims CIA scientist Kit Green thought the Roswell alien autopsy video was real. It is the most apprehensive article on the subject that links Dr. Kit Green, the memo, and the autopsy video into one.
Dr. Green served for 20 years in The Central Intelligence Agency, and after, as the Chief Technology Officer of the Asia Pacific of the General Motors Corporation, and Assistant Dean of the Wayne State School of Medicine for the Asia Pacific. He has lived and served in government and academic capacities in Asia, and as a professor in Brain Imaging and as a member of the Chinese and the US Academies of Sciences, the latter as Lifetime Member / NRC.
The bizarre 17-minute black-and-white footage of the so-called Roswell alien was made public by British businessman Ray Santilli, who claimed to have acquired it in 1992 while looking for Elvis Presley archive footage in the US. Although the footage is fake as stated by Filmmaker Spyros Melaris, a leaked memo supposedly delivered to aerospace tycoon Robert Bigelow by one of his physicists, Eric Davis, who has given the plot a fresh turn.
According to the report, Kit Green, a former CIA scientist, “briefed three different times during and after his tenure at CIA on topics relevant to UFOs and the Roswell Incident Alien Autopsy.” The memo, which is thought to have come from the late astronaut Edgar Mitchell’s files, reads as follows: (Source)
“After Kit left the CIA he was called into the Pentagon by a person in uniform. This person showed Kit the alien autopsy photos and reports etc. The photos of the alien cadaver Kit saw were consistent with the cadaver seen in the 1995 Santilli film/video. Kit was asked to professional evaluate the material provided to him at this particular briefing.”
According to the leaked memo, Green offered his expert assessment on the video in January 2001. He concluded: “The Alien Autopsy film/video is real, the alien cadaver is real, and the cadaver seen in the film/video is the same as the photos Kit saw at the 1987/88 Pentagon briefing.”

In the memo, Green also describes how forensic organs and tissue were kept at the Walter Reed-Armed Forces Institute for Pathology Medical Museum in Washington, DC, in an email. When asked why the Santilli film received so much criticism when it originally appeared on television, Green responded: “The PR folks around Santilli are indeed not operating with a full set of dishes, are a little dense and not very nice to boot.”
A number of notable UFO experts, including Linda Moulton Howe, Richard Dolan, and Grant Cameron officially endorsed the film. Philip Mantle, a British UFO investigator who has studied the footage for 14 years, called it the “world’s largest hoax,” but he believed that the memo, which was sent to him before going online, is genuine.

Dr. Kit Green is well known in the field of UFOlogy for his work as a Senior Division Analyst for neurosciences at the CIA and his interest in UFOs. Green claims that he had previously witnessed an actual extraterrestrial autopsy that was identical to the one depicted in Ray Santilli’s 1995 video and that he had seen it sometime before the Santilli version was made.
Could the alien autopsy video be real?
Professor Nolan explained that most of the victims were defense or governmental personnel or people working in the aerospace industry. After their UAP/ UFO encounters, they all got damaged or hurt such as buzz noises in their head, got sick, etc. Most of them have had similar kinds of bad things. He showed the MRIs of some people that revealed damage in the middle of the basal ganglia – an area responsible for motor control and other core brain functions, including intuition.
The areas that Dr. Green mentioned were missing in the brain, or different from human anatomy: Corpus Callosum, Sylvian Fissure, Temporal Lobe, Occipital Lobe, Vernix, Cerebellum, Medulla Oblongata, and Rugae.
Professor Nolan stated that Dr. Green was in “charge of studying… patients, some of whom had heard weird noises buzzing in their head, got sick, etc. A reasonable subset of them had claimed to have seen UAPs and some claimed to be close to things that got them sick… We started to notice that there were similarities in what we thought was the damage across multiple individuals. As we looked more closely, though, we realized, well, that can’t be damaged, because that’s right in the middle of the basal ganglia [a group of nuclei responsible for motor control and other core brain functions]. If those structures were severely damaged, these people would be dead. That was when we realized that these people were not damaged, but had an over-connection of neurons between the head of the caudate and the putamen [The caudate nucleus plays a critical role in various higher neurological functions; the putamen influences motor planning, learning, and execution]. If you looked at 100 average people, you wouldn’t see this kind of density. But these individuals had it. An open question is: did coming in contact with whatever it was cause it or not?
It is peculiar that Dr. Nolan mentioned Kit Green and that he also studied areas from the MRIs of the brains of injured/innate people. Could it be possible that there is a correlation between the lack of areas in the alien brain and the hyper availability of caudate and the putamen of the “in contact” people?
