On July 14, 2022, an eyewitness captured overwhelmingly impressive footage of three bright lights from an airplane when it took off from Las Vegas. According to the eyewitness, these lights were located about 30 km west of the city. Unfortunately, the video does not show how bright these objects were, as it was a sunny day. But according to the witness, the objects glowed like giant welding torches, and their light was visible many kilometers far.
Self-proclaimed Taiwan-based UFOlogist Scott Waring shared the video on his YouTube channel stating the witness account: (Source)
“From an airplane taking off from Las Vegas, after we did a u-turn to head north, I saw these lights on the ground about (I’m guessing) fifteen or twenty miles west of the city. The video does not do justice to how bright these things were, it was a bright sunny day, and these things were like giant welding torches, with their artificial light spreading for miles. There’s probably a good explanation for them, but I don’t know of any myself, so I’m reporting it.”
Waring focused on the fact that this is exactly the area that Charles Hall designated as the Tall White Alien Base. The base is in Nellis AFB’s privately owned protected area, so it is surrounded by a barbed wire fence and is located close to Area-51.
Hall, who claimed to serve in the US army, is known for his book series “Millennial Hospitality,” in which he shared his experience with tall white aliens at the Nellis Air Force base, Nevada, in 1964.
Charles Hall Encounter
Charles James Hall was born and raised in rural Wisconsin, USA, near Madison. He enlisted in the United States Air Force on July 20, 1964. He was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base outside Las Vegas, Nevada, for over two years. While there, he served for extensive periods of time as a weather observer in the desert on the Gunnery ranges at Indian Springs, Nevada.
Hall got both a Bachelor’s Degree in Thermal Physics and a Masters’s Degree in Applied Nuclear Physics at San Diego State University in California. Charles did Ph.D. level postgraduate work at the University of Maine at Bangor. Later, he earned a Master in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Charles married a woman named Marie, and in about three months after the wedding, he decided to risk telling her about the extraterrestrials he had encountered at Indian Springs. Marie was not much interested in whether or not ETs existed. She only said that if she met one, she hoped she would behave properly.
Before heading to his new assignment at a remote weather shack, Hall’s colleagues told him about a legend on the base about “Range 4 Harry.” According to the story, Harry was “a large white radioactive horse that floated around the deserts.”

Hall believed it was a funny story meant to intimidate him as a new person and shrugged it off. However, it seemed there was much more to the story.
In the spring of 1965, the man he would replace as a weather observer reluctantly took him on a brief tour of the weather shacks. While driving a truck, he became visibly “palsied with fear,” shaking and refusing to get out of the vehicle. Inside the shack, Hall found the logbook neglected as if nobody had been there for months.
Upon returning to the base, the man told Hall he would never return and that he was “on his own.” Left to figure it all out for himself, Hall was isolated at the weather shacks and began to realize he was not alone.
First, he began seeing groups of mysterious floating lights in the sky. Later, he started seeing strange white figures. All the while, sounds that he thought were Western Meadowlarks seemed to move together in the nearby valley.
He claimed that in the 1960s, the aliens liked to disguise themselves as humans and visited casinos such as the Stardust in sunglasses, being accompanied by CIA agents.
He said: “In 1964, when I was a weather observer at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, I witnessed interactions between the military and a group of mysterious tall, white, human-like extra-terrestrials. Their craft are capable of traveling faster than the speed of light because Einstein was wrong about relativity.”
Hall even claimed that the site where he had seen aliens interacting with the US army did not exist on the maps, and no camera was allowed there. He noted: “When you encounter the ‘tall whites’ it’s such a shock, you are not sure if you are looking at a ghost or an angel, or if you are dreaming.”
Hall described in detail the nature of tall white aliens in his books. He added that he had met three kinds of alien species:
1. Tall Whites, about 2.5 meters tall.
2. Grey Aliens, some also had yellow & orange skin.
3. Nordic Aliens with 24 teeth, who are also fluent in English.
Hall wrote that once, he had been attacked by the tall whites while being in a desert. They injured his neck so badly that he could die from such wounds. The aliens were trying to observe him while he was fighting for his life.
Further, he wrote that he had been hypnotized by the tall whites. They used a pencil-like device to kill or torture their prey, including humans. The device shoots some kind of rays that allow aliens to control humans.
According to Hall, the aliens treated him as a lower-class person, because they only interacted with high-ranking officials. He was addressed as a “teacher’s pet” by extraterrestrial beings.
Hall also claimed that the tall whites had come to Earth from the star system named Arcturus, which is 100 light-years from Earth. Although the aliens always kept the details secret, he managed to find it out by reading their mental conversation through telepathy.
Hall suggested that the tall whites used Earth as a station between their home and other destinations. The US government had built bases for the safety and requirements of the tall whites.
Tall Whites and Edward Snowden?
As an interesting (and bizarre) side note: In 2014, Edward Snowden’s leaked documents seemed to align somewhat with Hall’s story. However, it also included many conspiracy theories. Notably, the content may have originated with an alleged report by Russia’s FSB spy agency, later published in Iran. Considering the source, it is highly dubious to say the least. (Source)
Forbes writes: “Snowden, who has been given asylum in Russia, leaked documents that a race of extraterrestrial ‘tall whites’ arrived on Earth, helped Nazi Germany build a fleet of advanced submarines in the 1930s, and then met in 1954 with President Dwight Eisenhower ‘where the ‘secret regime’ currently ruling over America was established.”
