In 2015, a 60-year-old woman who had worked for the US Air force claimed that she had been abducted by reptile aliens and had been taken to the Moon, where they mated with her several times.

Niara Terela Isley had been working as a radar trafficking operator in the US Air Force at the Tonopah Test Range in Nevada during the 1980s. She claimed under hypnosis that a humanoid figure with a tail had taken her to a secret base on the dark side of the Moon.
In her interview with Aquarian Radio (later deleted), she even said that during her abduction period, she was forced to mate with the aliens.
Niara Isley, a health coach and therapist, said in taped interviews that it happened when she was 25 years old. She remembered being taken to a place several times for months.
Niara believed that her memory of the incident had been completely wiped out, and only under hypnosis she could recall some details.
Niara Isley claimed Grey aliens and human worked together at the baseBeing in space, she operated electronic machinery that was designed to excavate dark parts of the moon to expand a military base.
“I was very poorly fed and worked hard during the day cycle, operating some kind of electronic equipment for excavation at times, and doing physical manual labor at others, such as lifting and stacking boxes.”
She claimed that humans and grey aliens were also on the base, and they were forced to help each other in work.
Before hypnosis, she had a feeling of the missing time of 3 months in 1980. She was suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), but she did deep research and recalled what exactly had happened to her through hypnosis.
The woman described her abductor as a humanoid, but she had also seen reptilians a couple of times. They had yellow eyes and vertically split pupils.
One of the most horrific incidents was her forced mating with the aliens.
Isley lives in Colorado and has one daughter. She said: “I was scared. I knew I had to get back to my daughter, so I was pretty compliant. I just didn’t want to do anything that would get me killed.”
She also shared her experience on her personal blog where she replied to awkward articles written about her on social media.

According to alien conspiracy theorists, the US government is involved in abductions and helps Grey aliens in such work. That is why there do not show much interest in the case of their own staff members and employees.

Its likely she was in fact abducted and raped, but not by aliens. This was likely a monster of the human variety. This type of confabulation of trauma is quite common with many victims. The framing of fantastical elements into the memory of the event forms a bulwark in their mind. The long term effect is never positive and often leads to a psychotic episode.
