On July 26, 2023, US Congress is holding a UFO hearing that will be attended by three highly credible witnesses addressing the entire world. On this historic day, confirmed whistleblowers David Grusch, David Fravor, and Ryan Graves might reveal never disclosed information about UAPs irrespective of what they said before.
U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer firmly believes that the US government has been concealing evidence of UFOs and indications of non-human intelligence. On July 13, alongside a bipartisan group of senators, he introduced legislation aimed at addressing these concerns and promoting transparency. The legislation defines “non-human intelligence” as any sentient intelligent non-human lifeform, regardless of its nature or origin, which may be linked to UFOs.
“I’m pleased the NDAA will include my amendment on increasing transparency on UAPs or unidentified anomalous phenomena. UAPs generate a lot of curiosity for many Americans, and with that curiosity sometimes comes misinformation,” Senator Schumer asserted.
Schumer stated: “For decades, many Americans have been fascinated by objects mysterious and unexplained, and it’s long past time they get some answers. The American public has a right to learn about technologies of unknown origins, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena.”
The essence of the amendment is to require the National Archive and Records Administration to compile records from various government agencies pertaining to UAPs and make them accessible to the public through declassification, adopting a similar approach used in 1992 with the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act.

“These records will carry a presumption of immediate disclosure, which means they can only remain classified with good reason,” Senator Schumer explained, emphasizing the importance of providing the public with access to the information, while ensuring that legitimate national security concerns are still addressed.
Senator Schumer also expressed gratitude to his colleagues, Senators Rounds, Rubio, Heinrich, Gillibrand, and Young, for their cooperation and partnership in working on this legislation. Additionally, he fondly remembered his mentor and late friend Harry Reid, who was also passionate about the issue of UAPs, along with Senators Stevens and Inoue.
Chuck Schumer highlighted the significance of the four key additions to the defense bill, including outcompeting the Chinese government, advancements in artificial intelligence, and the disclosure of information on UAP phenomena in an unclassified manner. These are crucial elements that Senator Schumer believes will strengthen the NDAA.
“I look forward to beginning floor consideration of the NDA bill today,” Schumer said, expressing his anticipation for the bill’s progress. He extended his appreciation to both sides for their collaborative efforts and urged for the passage of this important bill without unnecessary delay or controversy.
The Senate is working to include policies in the NDAA that bode well for our country’s future:
—Leading in AI innovation
—Outcompeting the Chinese government
—Increasing transparency on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs)

The proposal comes in the wake of whistleblower David Grusch’s claims that the government has been operating a secret UFO retrieval program. Grusch, an Air Force veteran who worked for the UAP task force, claimed that the government, its allies, and defense contractors have been recovering partial fragments and intact vehicles related to these phenomena for decades.
According to Mr. Grusch, analysis of these objects has revealed their “exotic origin” and suggests the presence of non-human intelligence, whether extraterrestrial or of unknown origin. This determination is based on vehicle morphologies, material science testing, unique atomic arrangements, and radiological signatures.

In response to Grusch’s claims, Senators Marco Rubio and Josh Hawley have both indicated that there might be validity to the idea of a cover-up, based on other testimonies they have heard. Rubio, along with fellow Republican senators Mike Rounds and Todd Young, has expressed support for Senate Schumer’s bill on increasing transparency regarding UAPs. Additionally, Senators Kirsten Gillibrand and Martin Heinrich have also voiced their backing for the proposed legislation.

About Whistleblowers
1. David Grusch is a former UAP Task Force member and US Air Force veteran. He claims: “UFOs exist. The U.S. government found quite a number of them, and they are indeed of non-human origin.” Mr. Grusch’s assertions are supported by his insider knowledge as a former member of the U.S. government’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena task force and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. During an interview with journalist Ross Coulthart, Mr. Grusch spoke about the potential cover-up and disinformation campaign surrounding UFOs. He claimed: “There’s a sophisticated disinformation campaign targeting the U.S. populace, which is extremely unethical and immoral.” Mr. Grusch emphasized the significance of his revelations, stating, “I am for real, and I’m sitting here at great personal risk and obvious professional risk by talking to you today.”
“Do we have bodies? Do we have species?” Coulthart asked. “Well, naturally when you recover something that’s either landed or crashed, sometimes you encounter dead pilots.” “And believe it or not, as fantastical as that sounds, it’s true,” Mr. Grusch replied.
According to the French paper le Parisien, Grusch states that the United States and its allies have been involved in secret programs for almost ninety years and reveals that one of the recovered craft was found in Italy in 1933. This UFO crash incident is said to have happened when Italy was under the rule of Fascist Benito Mussolini.
2. Ryan Graves is a former Lt. U.S. Navy and F/A-18F pilot, who was the first active duty pilot to come forward publicly about regular sightings of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP). He currently serves as the first Chair of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena Community of Interest (UAPCOI), representing more than 30,000 members of the aerospace industry concerned with improving aviation safety. While speaking about his UFO experience, Lt. Graves told 60 Minutes that he often detected UAP on his F-18’s instruments, and pilots see them every single day off the Atlantic coast. He said UFOs should not be dismissed as a ridiculous conspiracy theory but rather as a very genuine threat to national security. He first saw a UFO in restricted airspace near Virginia Beach in 2014, and the object showed up on his radar and infrared targeting cameras. Furthermore, he said UAPs would sometimes fly right between aircraft flying in formation.
He says the sightings have happened “every day for at least a couple years” and has three explanations: top-secret U.S. technology, foreign spying devices, or something not from this planet. “The highest probability is it’s a threat-observation program,” said the pilot, adding: “If these were tactical jets from another country that were hangin’ out up there, it would be a massive issue. But because it looks slightly different, we’re not willing to actually look at the problem in the face. We’re happy to just ignore the fact that these are out there, watching us every day.”
3. The UFO sighting involving Commander David Fravor took place in 2004 off the coast of California during an F-18 Super Hornet training exercise. The incident began when Fravor and another pilot noticed an unusual radar blip about 80 miles off the coast. As they approached the location, they saw a strange object described as a “white tic-tac” or a “giant propane tank.” The object was about 50 feet above the water and exhibited highly unusual flight characteristics, moving rapidly in all directions like a ping pong ball.
Fravor decided to investigate further and descended towards the object, while the other pilot stayed at a higher altitude. As Fravor closed in on the object, it suddenly accelerated and disappeared in the blink of an eye, leaving the pilots astonished. The object’s rapid and mysterious disappearance baffled Fravor and his team, leaving them with no plausible explanation for what they had witnessed.
After returning to the carrier, Fravor’s team reported the incident, and the information eventually made its way to the Pentagon, where it crossed the desk of Luis Elizondo, the former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). AATIP was an investigative body that examined Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), commonly known as UFOs.
The Pentagon declassified three videos related to the incident in 2020, known as the Tic Tac video and two others filmed on the East Coast in January 2015. These videos and similar disclosures from other countries raised questions about the nature of these unidentified objects in our airspace. Both the US and other governments admitted to encountering UAPs that exhibited flight capabilities far beyond our current technological breakthrough. (Source)
